After you submit a completed order and we get approval of your specified payment option, we release your order to our warehouse or the manufacturing facility.

Orders place before 3:00 Pm. CST. Normally ship the same day

Based on the Complexity of your order or if it is just a stock item that will normally ship the same day. Orders such as switchgear or custom control packages might take a couple of working days to ship.

IER is pleased to ship directly to your customer but we do request you provide a packing slip for your protection.

IER offers free ground shipping with order of $20.00 or more IER reserves the right to select the carrier used most shipping is done by either FedEx or UPS or a common carrier selected by the shipper. Customer requesting expedited delivery will be charged the additional fees
